The standard

A guard force is only as good as the four things behind it.

Our position in the industry rests on process, not promises. Every officer deployed to your site passes through four core standards.

  1. 01

    Stringent selection

A stringent selection process governed by company policy, with background, references, fitness and character verified before a uniform is issued.

  2. 02

    Exhaustive training

Regular and exhaustive training in our own centre, refreshed throughout a career rather than delivered once at induction.

  3. 03

    Round-the-clock supervision

Visiting officers, OICs and chief security officers provide layered supervision across every deployment. Quality supervision is critical to consistent security performance.

  4. 04

    Emergency response

A control room operating 24 hours, 365 days a year, with a trained response team and a defined escalation chain.

Training academy

We run our own training centre. That is the whole point.

Owning the centre means owning both the content and the quality. Our instructors continuously develop the curriculum so that training meets national standards, international practice and the specific requirements our clients write into their contracts.
